On June 15-16, 2023, the "HIT 2023 5th Hotspot Tumor Molecular Diagnostics Technology and Application Forum," hosted by MDx Vision, was successfully held in Hangzhou. The forum specially invited more than 50 experts from the tumor molecular diagnostics industry, focusing on two major topics—tumor early diagnosis and early screening, and recurrence monitoring—to deeply discuss the R&D status and future directions of various tumor detection technologies. In his report, Dr. Song Lei mentioned the new methods and new concepts constantly emerging in the process of tumor molecular diagnostics. He particularly emphasized that, with the rapid development of mass spectrometry technology, the level of single-cell proteomics and spatial proteomics technology is continuously improving, and directions such as high depth, high throughput, big data, AI algorithms, clinical multi-omics, and body fluid proteomics have become hotspots of industry attention, among which tumor liquid biopsy is the most promising direction for clinical translation.

During detection, how to remove high-abundance proteins and enrich more low-abundance proteins has become the biggest technical difficulty. ProteinT's self-developed n-LAPE/MS™ liquid biopsy technology requires only trace body fluid samples, and combined with automated pre-processing equipment, the entire detection process takes only 4-6 hours.
