ProteinT independently developed a next-generation liquid-biopsy technology. Using a microliter-scale initial blood volume combined with single or mixed nanomaterial enrichment, it can identify and quantify more than 4,000 blood proteins per sample within a single unit of time. This breakthrough removes a long-standing bottleneck in proteomics and greatly enhances proteomics-based liquid biopsy, opening new avenues for disease screening and diagnosis.
Pretreatment of 96 samples per batch within 7 hours
Deeper single-shot identification rate
Higher reproducibility and stability
With the development of bioinformatics and molecular biology, precision medicine has entered the multi-omics era. From genomics to proteomics and then to metabolomics, ProteinT has cultivated deep expertise in multi-omics technologies. Through integrated analysis, it captures the precise individualized features of each patient and delivers tailored solutions.
ProteinT has developed proprietary data-analysis software and clinical molecular database platforms that span sample processing, data analysis and clinical interpretation, supporting a fully self-controlled proteomics workflow.
As a strategic partner of Bruker, ProteinT introduced nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy into clinical application in 2018. Through large-scale blood-lipid testing of healthy Chinese populations, it established Chinese blood-lipid reference ranges, effectively complementing existing clinical methods and building a powerful metabolomics platform. Fully automated testing is completed within 10 minutes, with highly stable methodology and data far surpassing conventional biochemistry assays. With only a standard-operating procedure covering reference materials, instrumentation and analysis algorithms, it enables cross-regional data exchange.
