From the establishment of the proteomics research system, to the grand launch of the “Human Proteome Navigation Program (π-Hub),” and on to its in-depth exploration in the field of human disease analysis, every technological first and breakthrough has injected momentum into the rapid development of proteomics. In April 2024, the “Creation of the Proteomics System” led by Academician He Fuchu was the first to propose and realize the new paradigm of “proteomics-driven precision medicine,” and was included in “Important Medical Achievements of China in the 21st Century”, demonstrating that proteomics has become one of the few important disciplines in Chinese medicine and life sciences that develop in step with the international community.

To deepen the integration of proteomics with clinical practice and break down the barriers to the clinical application of proteomics, the Proteomics Committee of the Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (CNHUPO), in collaboration with the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Clinical Multi-omics, will grandly hold the special forum on “Clinical Admission of Proteomics” in Tianjin on July 6, 2024.

The forum will invite experts from various fields within the industry chain, including translational research, clinical research, registration, admission and regulatory oversight, equipment manufacturers and industrial investment, to hold roundtable discussions around the core topic of “Clinical Admission of Proteomics,” deeply analyzing the frontier progress of proteomics and its key challenges in clinical application from multiple dimensions and unique perspectives. Experts and scholars are cordially invited to share this grand event, join hands in promoting the clinical admission of proteomics and jointly open a new era of precision medicine.
