The 12th AOHUPO Congress, the 8th AOAPO Congress, the third Global Summit of the π-HuB International Big Science Program and the 13th CNHUPO Congress concluded on October 14, 2025 in Guangzhou. ProteinT presented its multi-omics innovations and clinical application solutions, showcasing breakthroughs in cancer early screening, post-operative recurrence-risk prediction and precise targeted-drug matching.

Booth highlights. ProteinT's exhibition area attracted many experts and scholars. Professionals from research, clinical and industry fields showed strong interest in products such as PT-ESMC™ and PT-L1™. The non-invasive multi-cancer risk-screening product PT-ESMC™ became the focus, with newly released high-performance data (overall AUC 0.96, specificity 0.97, sensitivity 0.78). Using LC-MS/MS whole-proteome testing combined with a proprietary screening model, a single test can assess the risk of five major cancers, providing a new non-invasive solution for population screening and early intervention. Stage I lung-cancer recurrence-risk prediction PT-L1™, the liquid-biopsy novel-biomarker discovery platform n-LAPE/MS™ and a fully automated clinical proteomics platform were also showcased.

Special forum. In the "Proteomics-Driven Precision Medicine" forum, ProteinT founder Dr. Li Jie was invited to serve as chair, discussing the latest research progress and application prospects of proteomics in precision medicine with experts from China and abroad.
