Leadership is a capability that middle and senior managers in enterprises value highly. Managers with leadership can motivate team members' enthusiasm, stimulate their creativity, and accomplish company goals at minimum cost.
To enhance managers' overall competence and comprehensive business management capabilities, following the "Empowering Execution" training organized in June this year, ProteinT held the second session of "High-Performance Leadership" training on September 16. General Manager Li Jie led more than 20 management personnel in participating both on-site and via video, aiming through the training to strengthen the ideals and convictions of leadership talent, continuously improve their execution, leadership, and innovation capabilities, and cultivate a high-caliber leadership and management team for the Company's high-quality and sustainable development—one that "possesses both integrity and ability, delivers outstanding performance, is recognized by the employees, and leads the enterprise to become better and stronger."
This training specially invited Mr. Zhang Jingkuan, Vice President of Shenzhou Yingcai, to lecture. Mr. Zhang opened with the line from the Tao Te Ching, "The best rulers are barely known by their subjects," and shared what excellent leadership is. He progressively deepened the discussion through three segments—the essence of leadership, leadership pipeline development, and situational leadership simulation training—guiding the participants to conduct detailed study of the concept and application of leadership. Through classroom lectures, case sharing, participant discussion, interactive exchange, and results presentation, supplemented by virtual workplace scenarios for situational immersion, all participants brainstormed to translate team leadership skills from "concept" into "tools."
Through the learning and training, the managers said they had grasped the essence of leadership and mastered "situational leadership," applying different leadership and management styles to employees at different stages and with different capabilities. They pledged to continuously put into practice what they learned in future work, keep improving their leadership, and achieve the Company's strategic goals. This training was both practical and inspiring—a rich feast of knowledge from which everyone benefited greatly.

Bioinformatics / Ph.D. / medical background preferred
Build analytical models for primarily oncology-related proteomics data, predict clinical outcomes, and optimize and select the best models;
Conduct data mining in conjunction with clinical multi-omics data to identify protein biomarkers that serve clinical needs;
Experience in single-cell, transcriptomics, and similar projects preferred.
Senior Product Manager (annual salary RMB 300K+) — Tianjin/Beijing
Biology / Medicine / Master's degree or above
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of new products, completing market research, competitor analysis, product incubation, and market promotion;

Responsible for maintaining regional KOL resources and supporting the development and translation of IVD products on new platforms;
