On September 27, 2023, the "Global Summit of the Human Proteome Navigation International Big Science Program & the 12th China Proteomics Conference" came to a successful close. With the theme "Human Proteome Navigation: The Path to Intelligent Medicine," this year's conference focused on the development of the proteomics field and the blueprint of the π-HuB Project, presenting major breakthroughs, cutting-edge achievements, and the latest instruments and analytical technologies in the global proteomics field in recent years, and showcasing the specific organizational and implementation plan of the π-HuB Project. As a leader in clinical proteomics, ProteinT was invited to gather with industry peers to celebrate this grand event.

ProteinT offers a range of clinical products based on its multi-omics platform. Among them, n-LAPE/MS™, an exclusively self-developed liquid biopsy novel biomarker discovery platform based on next-generation nano-scale low-abundance protein enrichment mass spectrometry analysis technology, has reached a new milestone: combined with the latest 4D mass spectrometry platform, a single body fluid sample can yield up to 8,000+ proteins detected within a 30-minute effective gradient, and tens of thousands of clinical body fluid samples have already been tested.
PT-ASP480 pro™ Automated Pre-processing Platform
The PT-ASP480 pro™ high-throughput automated platform for enrichment of proteins and/or peptides and automated pre-processing: samples are placed in a porous frit loaded with magnetic nanomaterials, followed by binding of nanomaterials to proteins, washing of non-specific proteins, reductive alkylation and enzymatic digestion of proteins, purification and desalting with organic solvents, and preparation into proteomics samples on the automated platform, before final mass spectrometry detection. It not only increases the number of samples extracted per batch and effectively shortens sample processing time, but also completes the entire sample preparation workflow in a single sample tube, enabling convenient, rapid, high-throughput sample processing.

Covering topics such as the development of proteomics quality control methods, sample preparation methods, detection methods, data analysis platforms, and tumor biomarker screening, they drew many experts who stopped to look and engage in in-depth discussions.
