PT-ASP480 Pro is a sample processing automation workstation characterized by fast operation, stable performance, precise pipetting, and simple operation. It can be used for the preparation and processing of clinical and research samples, including protein extraction, reductive alkylation, enzymatic digestion, and desalting, facilitating the detection of target proteomes or target proteins using mass spectrometry, ELISA, Western Blot, or chemiluminescence methods.
Product Introduction
The PT-ASP480 Pro fully automated sample processing system consists of a pipetting module, a shaking module, and a low-temperature storage and incubation module (excluding the precision reagent or sample dispensing function prior to clinical testing analyzer analysis). It can complete six processes: liquid aspiration, dispensing, mixing, temperature control, shaking, and magnetic separation.
Pipetting Module: Used for instrument control and experimental method editing, and for functions such as plate transfer, sample aspiration, sample dispensing, and mixing during sample processing;
Shaking Module: Provides shaking and mixing functions within 3,000 rpm;
Low-Temperature Storage and Incubation Module: Provides temperature control from 4 to 95 °C;
96-Well Plate Columnar Magnetic Rack: Provides magnetic force to achieve separation of magnetic beads from liquid;
Consumable Positions: Provides reagents and pipette tips used in sample processing; reagent specifications include 100 mL, 25 mL, and 200 μL; tip specifications include 1 mL, 200 μL, and 50 μL.
