HIT 2024, the 6th Molecular Diagnostics Industry Conference, and the China Life Science Conference have come to a successful close. ProteinT gathered with industry peers in Nanjing and Guangzhou to share an academic feast, showcasing a range of new products and clinical translation solutions and delivering excellent presentations to share its latest technologies and translational achievements.
Presentation Highlights
Dr. Song Lei, CTO of ProteinT, delivered an excellent presentation at both conferences on “The Application of Protein Mass Spectrometry-based Liquid Biopsy Technology in Tumor Molecular Diagnostics.” He noted that new methods and new concepts are constantly emerging in the process of tumor molecular diagnostics. With the rapid development of mass spectrometry technology, the level of proteomics technology continues to improve, and directions such as high depth, high throughput, big data, AI algorithms, clinical multi-omics and body fluid proteomics have become hot topics of industry attention, among which tumor liquid biopsy is the most promising direction for clinical translation.

Wonderful Moments
ProteinT set up a booth at the China Life Science Conference, exhibiting precision diagnosis and treatment solutions for tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other conditions based on proteomics and other multi-omics approaches, as well as various approved kit products. This attracted the attention of a large number of experts, scholars and peers, who stopped by for in-depth discussions and exchanges with our technical staff.

Product Solutions
n-LAPE/MSTM, a next-generation nano low-abundance protein enrichment mass spectrometry liquid biopsy platform for novel biomarker discovery
The n-LAPE/MSTM liquid biopsy technology independently developed by ProteinT requires only trace amounts of body fluid samples and can process 96 samples in 6h. Combined with the latest mass spectrometry, it can detect up to 8000+ proteins within an effective 30min gradient with stable results, facilitating the clinical application of body fluid proteomics.

TRINITYTM, the “Trinity” of Gene-Protein-Metabolism for Precision Oncology
Based on analytical platforms of NGS, LC-MS/MS and NMR, genetic, protein and metabolic multi-omics information of tumor patients can be obtained, enabling the formulation of comprehensive and precise targeted, chemotherapeutic, immunotherapeutic and health management plans for patients and providing research services for clinicians engaged in precision medicine practice.

Multiple NMPA-certified Self-developed Products
Multiple proteomics full-process testing products based on mass spectrometry technology platforms independently developed by ProteinT have obtained NMPA registration certificates, laying a solid foundation for proteomics to serve clinical practice and leading proteomics clinical mass spectrometry testing into a standardized era.
